Subject: Fiscal Year 2008 School Calendar

The The Fiscal Year 2008 Private School Calendar Download MS Excel File is to be completed for each Department of Elementary and Secondary Education approved special education program that you operate, including programs open for 365 days and summer programs. The form should be downloaded from our website http://finance1.doe.mass.edu/seducation/ completed and returned via email to jgirault@doe.mass.edu no later than June 29, 2007. Instructions for the completion of the form are within the calendar file.

For those Fiscal Year 2008 summer programs that have operating dates in June 2007, please note there are separate instructions on the file. Please be advised that approved Fiscal Year 2008 tuitions are for serviced delivered in Fiscal Year 2008 ONLY. If you are operating a Fiscal Year 2008 summer program that includes dates in June 2007, you can only charge school districts the Fiscal Year 2007 approved daily rate.
