School Choice
School Choice Receiving District Status, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010

Each year, school committees consider whether their districts should be in the school choice program during the upcoming school year. If they choose not to accept school choice pupils from other districts, they must take a vote and report the result to the Department by June 1. Results to date are listed below. School choice districts with asterisks are serving pupils accepted in past years, but did not enroll new pupils this year.

By June 1st, 2009, superintendents should submit copies of the minutes of the school committee meeting at which the school choice vote is held, or a letter attesting to the result of the vote, to
