Workplace Education Planning Grant

Purpose: The purpose of this federal grant program is to: 1) identify the need for Adult Basic Education (ABE) or English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) instructional services for adult incumbents within a specific business or consortium of businesses; and 2) assess the readiness of the business(es) to support a contextualized educational program that meets the basic skills needs of its incumbent workforce.
