| Purpose: |
The purpose of this grant program is to provide access for undereducated and limited English proficient homeless adults to highly effective Adult Basic Education services. |
| Priorities: |
Priorities are to support:
programs and/or collaborations that provide homeless adults with the opportunity to access a seamless continuum of ABE services;
programs and/or collaborations that can demonstrate the capacity to serve the homeless in an environment that is designed to meet their needs; and
collaborations that demonstrate significant co-investment of homeless service providers and/or Community Adult Learning Centers.

| Eligibility: | Eligible applicants are currently funded ABE for the Homeless programs. |

| Fund Use: |
Funds must be used to provide rate-based classes to homeless adults.
Funds may be used to coordinate services with a Community Adult Learning Center to ensure that homeless adults have access to a full continuum of ABE services.
