| Purpose: | The purpose of this state-funded grant program is to support the Adult Education program, Massachusetts Foundation for the Humanities in Northampton. |

| Eligibility: | The Massachusetts Foundation for the Humanities is eligible for this grant. |
| Funding: | Of the funds appropriated for line item 7027-0016 in FY2008, the Legislature provided that $200,000 shall be allocated to the Massachusetts Foundation for the Humanities in Northampton. |
| Fund Use: | Funds must be used as described in a budget, budget narrative, and scope of services that is submitted to the Department of Education's Connecting Activities Unit. |
