	Formula Summary. A detailed explanation of how the Foundation Rate formula works.
	Charter Rate Summary. A summary of the rates for each charter school, by school campus and sending district.
	Foundation Budget. A matrix for a specific charter school location and sending district containing the foundation enrollment, rates by functional category, and foundation base rate.
	Above Foundation Spending. A district listing of the calculations used to determine the percentage of net school spending above the foundation budget. Deductions for retired teacher's health insurance and out-of-district special education costs are shown in detail.
