PURPOSE: The purpose of this federal grant program is to provide funds to coordinate the Massachusetts Distributive Education Clubs of America organization statewide, especially with respect to increasing the participation of students who are members of special populations. Funding is from the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act P. L. 109-270 (Perkins IV).
