| PURPOSE: The goal of this state-funded grant program is to provide academic instruction (English language arts and mathematics) and support services that enable students from the Classes of 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 to continue to pursue a Competency Determination while providing pathways to further education. |

Approximately 570 students from the Classes of 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 will benefit from these services in school year 2008-2009. Grant awards range from $30,000 to $36,000. |
