Community Adult Learning Centers - Increase

| PURPOSE: The purpose of this state-funded grant program is to provide the opportunity for staff from the South Berkshire Educational Collaborative to attend a national conference for Adult Basic Education (ABE) providers. The grant is made available to programs that commit to sharing promising practices with the ABE system. |
| RESULT OF FUNDING: As a result of participating in this national Adult Basic Education conference, the program's capacity to provide high quality ABE services to over 150 students in a community setting and over 100 ABE students in a correctional facility will be increased. |
