FY2008 CONTINUATION APPLICATIONSMARTT PROGRAM PLANNING REQUIREMENTS

The SMARTT Program Planning module is a required component of the Continuation Application of the following Fund Codes: 340; 345; 359; 285; 563; 538; 287; and 668. The Program Planning module must be used to complete the DOE Direct, DOE Indirect, and Non-DOE services and budgets.

The following sections of the Program Planning module must be completed.

  • Class Plan (Rate Based and Non-Rate Based Classes)

  • Class Funding Detail

  • Flex/Set-Aside/Foundation Services

  • Summary Sheet - (DOE Direct)

  • Summary Sheet - (DOE Indirect and Non-DOE, if applicable)

  • Staff Plan - (DOE Direct)

  • Summary Sheet - (DOE Indirect and Non-Doe, if applicable)

  • Administrative Cost Worksheet

  • Volunteer Plan - if applicable

  • Non-DOE Benefits - if applicable

  • Part III - Required Program Information

  • Request for Funding Approval Form
