| | PURPOSE: The purpose of this grant program is to support high-need school districts that are working with service providers to provide high-quality online professional development courses to educators across the state using MassONE. Courses will promote the alignment of curricula and learning with the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and will implement the revised draft K-12 Instructional Technology Standards. |

| RESULT OF FUNDING: Funding from this program will support the partnerships of eight (8) districts with five (5) professional development providers to provide content rich online professional development to educators across the Commonwealth. The curriculum areas for the professional development include: grades 3-8 mathematics; grades 3-8 science; and high school English language arts. This program will serve approximately 400 educators and 8,000 students. Grant awards range from $62,000 to $62,500. |
